THE ROLE
Design the agent loops that run our products — planning, tool use, evaluation and autonomy across Velthos and the AI operations behind everything we ship.
INTFRAME is a small senior crew designing, building and operating AI-native products — Ridicar, Be-jib and Velthos — across multiple markets, on our own infrastructure. No layers, no theater: you ship real things to real users, weekly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and operate multi-step agent pipelines in production — booking ops, content generation, automated QA.
- Design evaluation harnesses; measure autonomy and raise it safely.
- Own prompt and tool architecture across products; build reusable agent infrastructure.
- Work hands-on with frontier models and open-weights where they fit.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+ years of software engineering, with 1+ shipping LLM systems to production.
- Strong Python or TypeScript.
- Hands-on with tool-use architectures, retrieval and eval design.
- Pragmatic about model limits — you measure before you believe.
NICE TO HAVE
- Fine-tuning or serving open-weight models.
- Multi-agent orchestration at production scale.
- Infrastructure fluency — you can deploy what you build.
