THE ROLE
Define how AI-native products feel — interface systems, motion and the moments where an autonomous agent meets a human.
INTFRAME is a small senior crew designing, building and operating AI-native products — Ridicar, Be-jib and Velthos — across multiple markets, on our own infrastructure. No layers, no theater: you ship real things to real users, weekly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own design end-to-end across three products: flows, systems, visual language, motion.
- Design conversational and agentic UX — trust, handoff and failure states included.
- Build and maintain a design system that scales across products and markets.
- Prototype in motion or code; sit directly with engineers, no handoff theater.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years of product design with shipped, in-production work.
- Systems thinking paired with strong typographic and visual craft.
- Fluency in interaction and motion design — prototypes, not just mockups.
- Comfortable designing for AI uncertainty and probabilistic behavior.
NICE TO HAVE
- Front-end literacy — React, CSS, enough to talk to the medium.
- Brand and art direction sensibility.
- Curiosity for canvas, WebGL and generative visuals.
